We are yet to step inside the Florence, but looking at the photographs it looks a stunning home.

It is clear from the photographs that this is a lavish home with a high specification.  We would say it places itself in a similar league to the Grand Symphony which is a one of Prestige’s more premium homes.

The open plan layout, larger windows and fascias on the exterior of the home have certainly taken inspiration from lodge style homes which gives the Florence a more airy and contemporary feel.

At Parklands, we have plots to accommodate a 46′ plot and this home can designed for such a space.  It is commonly forgotten that any floorplan by any of the manufacturers can be altered and tailored to exactly what you need when ordering a home e.g. a bath can be easily replaced with a shower, or some may prefer to replace the study with a walk in wardrobe that leads from the second bedroom.
