House Prices set to Buck the Trend in Lincoln

A recent Daily Telegraph article found that Lincoln was one of the best places to buy property in the country this year for increased returns. Whilst nationally the property market is in the perceived doldrums, Lincoln bucks the trend, partly down to the the transport improvements and the exciting developments being finalised with the Lindongate project in the city centre.

Our New Showhome Underway

We are pleased to announce that we’re in the process of getting our next showhome ready for you to see on the park. Our next showhome for residential park homes will be the Prestige Reprise. The Reprise is a cleverly designed home that maximises its use of space to offer facilites such as a utility, separate dining room and en-suite. The 2nd bedroom has internet and power point connections to give the option to use as a study as well. Whilst including all of this, we’ve emphasised a sense of spaciousness by adding vaulted ceilings and very large windows. In the main living areas.

The Reprise will be a very different addition to the park, and it will give potential residence some fresh ideas.

With all of that however, one of the Reprise’s greatest assets is its’ price. At £140,000. The Reprise is one of our best value homes yet. The home is due in April and we’ll be sending a newsletter with photographs as soon as the home is complete. You can find out more details about our latest showhome here

A Big Welcome to Mrs Roe and Mr Kitching

Finally, we’d like to welcome Mrs Roe and Mr Kitching to Parklands. It had been Mrs Roe’s intention to move to the park two years ago, but selling her house was tough. We’re pleased to say however, that all the perseverence paid off and they both moved to the park just before Christmas.

It was a local move for Mrs Roe. She wanted to upsize and so that they could be in an area that was well looked after, secure and in a sociable environment.

June and Steph moved into our showhome the Prestige Concerto and they are the seventh occupied home on the park.

We’re almost halfway through the park being full. As more people move on, the option to choose your preferred new park home plot becomes more limited. Take the opportunity to reserve a plot now and enjoy the benefits of being an early[ier] bird.
