At Last, Parklands new showhome arrives!
We’re delighted to announce that our new showhome has finally arrived at Parklands of Lincoln. Whilst we waited for the latest home to be manufactured, some house-proud residents have been kind enough to show their homes to interested visitors – for which we are most grateful for their support. Now we would like to invite you all to see our latest offering at the park, the 40×20′ Prestige Reprise.
The Reprise is sited on plot 12 for which it is perfectly suited; its two extra large bay windows overlook the rest of the development and the vaulted ceilings in the living, dining and kitchen areas give the home a real holiday lodge feel and a sense of openess.
The Prestige Reprise is for sale, [optionally including] all fittings and furniture in the home. The turn key price for the home is £140,000 and is also available through our part exchange scheme.

Parklands Annual Open Weekend
To coincide with the launch of our new park home, we’re announcing details of our annual Open Weekend. Each year people from all over the country come to have a look at the park over the weekend to get a feel of what it’s like living here. This year we will be welcoming the company of a Prestige Park Homes and Leisure representative and they’ll be able to answer any questions that you have about the actual manufacture of their homes.
The Open Weekend is the perfect opportunity to walk around the grounds in your own time. Residents will also be at hand to give their impartial opinion of what it’s like to live here. Whether you’re totally new to the concept of residential park home living or you’ve been here before, we would like to invite you all along to the Parklands Open Weekend.
