We have a wide range of gorgeous new park homes to buy. An entry-level home can start from as little as £200,000. The cost will vary depending on the manufacturer and model. Rather than paying a lump sum upfront, finance allows you to buy your home in instalments.
It is not possible to obtain a mortgage on a park home. While many rely on the equity from selling their existing house to pay for their park home, this is not a viable option for everybody.
Finance for park homes could offer a possible solution. This allows you to make a reasonable monthly payment over a period of up to 25 years.
Unlike with park homes for rent, Park Home finance allows you to contribute towards the overall cost of your home. This works on a similar principle to a mortgage.
