| Issue No. 1 01/05/2010 | | | Open Weekend 19th & 20th June | We're pleased to
announce after the success of previous Open Days that Parklands will be
opening their doors once again over the weekend of the 19th and 20th
June. There will be 4 showhomes for members of the public to look
around. These include the Stately-Albion Tredegar (36x20'), Omar
Sandringham (40x20'), Tingdene Dolben Lodge (40x20'), and Manor Park's
Carlyon Grange (46x20').We
will also have professionals from all aspects of the industry who will
be able to offer advice and answer any questions that you may
have. These include a mortgage and insurance provider and local
estate agents who will be able to discuss placing your property on the
market. You'll also be able to explore the possibility of part exchange opportunities.
Our
Open Weekends are particularly useful for people who have taken an
initial interest in the concept of park home living and would like to
know more, but it is also useful for people more familiar with
Parklands and would like to spend more time in the grounds to get a
better feel of what living is like here.
We'll
be providing the statutory tea, cake and sandwiches as well!
Come along! We look
forward to seeing you at the park on the 19th and/or 20th June. |
New Sponsors of Lincoln Indoor Bowls Club |
Parklands
is pleased to announce that they have become a new sponsor of the
Lincoln Indoor Bowls Club. As part of the sponsorship and to the
delight of members, the bowling club's scoreboard has had a long
overdue facelift helping maintain its status as one of the premier
clubs in the country. The partnership between the two companies
goes hand-in-hand. With over 1400 club members who are
predominantly retired, it makes sense to work with the park home
village development which has been designed exclusively for the retired
and semi-retired.
As people introduced through the club settle at the Parklands
development in Waddington, Lincoln, it will continue to help fund
future developments and improvements at the club.

| Mike Tucker,
the Director of Parklands said,“The Parklands development was designed
to improve the lifestyle of retirees and help them get the most out of
their retirement. Working with the Lincoln Indoor Bowling Club it is
hoped that we will be able to make a wider contribution and bring
awareness of the benefits that are to be had from our newly developed
park home village.”
Lincoln Indoor Bowling Club’s Manager, Danny
Brown said,“We are delighted to welcome Parklands as a club sponsor.
Our scoreboard makeover is yet another improvement to the club’s
facilities. I am certain that we can offer a superb recreational
environment for Parklands residents and our current members, and
Parklands support will help us to continue to develop our club to be
the very best in England”
We encourage subscribers to visit the
bowling club and see for yourself what a great environment the club
offers and what an excellent contribution that it makes to the local
community |
