No. As a residential site, it’s a legal requirement to own a retirement park home as a primary residence and not as a second home. This is stipulated under the Mobile Homes Act.
Homes start from as little as £200,000 and typically include furniture and fittings (this is optional, and they can be removed). The final price will reflect any deductions. The cost will vary depending on the manufacturer and model. If you want to spread the cost, we’ve partnered with a number of finance companies to help you do just that.
